Stock and PI Administrator

Do you have experience in both warehouse operations and administrative duties, with confidence using computer systems and managing paperwork accurately?
Here at GXO, we are looking for a Stock and PI Administrator to join our Heineken team at our Derby site (DE21 7HW). You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the integrity of stock within a high-volume drinks warehouse. This role supports operational efficiency by conducting regular stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded in line with company procedures.
This is a full-time, permanent role working a rotating shift pattern of any 5 days from 7. The shifts rotate between 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00, including weekend working as required.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Complete system work for returned stock into the depot
- Removing damaged cases from pallets, re-boxing damaged stock, and restoring pallets to a safe and presentable standard for return to the warehouse
- Maintaining stock integrity and audit SSCC label adherence in line with current processes
- Ensure the WMS stock file is accurately represented and any issues are dealt with or escalated promptly
- Actively support continuous improvement projects and departmental development initiatives
- Build and maintain strong day-to-day communication with both internal teams and external customers
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working in a complex, fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems would be a bonus!
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel
- Ability to lift heavy items and work comfortably on your feet, standing and moving throughout the duration of your shift.
