Operations Development Support

We are looking for an Operations Development Support professional to join our site in Trax Park DC2, Doncaster, supporting all customer accounts on-site. You will undertake the day-to-day management of customer projects on site, working within a shared user environment to ensure effective control of operational costs and services, while implementing the operational business plan.

 

This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover position for 12 months, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £37,000- £39,000 per annum depending on experience. What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Maintain daily Ops Development tasks, reporting & data accuracy across all customers on site
  • Act as a supportive point of contact for process & documentation queries
  • Responsible for delivering customers CI pipeline
  • Provide supportive cover for the DCM when they are engaged in service delivery, including stepping in for operational & social responsibilities where required
  • Communicate clearly and escalate issues early when needed
