We are looking for a Stock & Warehouse Administrator to join our Ardagh Glass team in Doncaster-Wheatley, supporting the Warehouse Manager and wider operations. This is a full-time, day-shift role, working Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30, offering stability and a great work-life balance.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £32,000.00 per annum and 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Manage inbound/outbound deliveries using SAP and Transporeon
  • Create pick notes, assign tasks; Monitor task progress and escalate delays to site management
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and system updates
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure proper documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support a positive culture and drive site efficiency

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Previous experience in inventory/stock control and warehouse admin
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and great attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
  • SAP, WMS and Transportation Management Platform experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Background in 3PL and fast-paced environments is a plus
