Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a Warehouse operative to join our team in Doncaster (Decoy Bank South).

 

This is a full time, permanent role and you will be working 40 hours per week, Monday -Thursday 09:00-17:00 and Fridays 08:00-16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Working as a team member within the fulfilment centre supporting the distribution operations. Picking varying sized/weighted items
  • Ensure supply of products to our customer in a timely manner
  • Working within a fast-paced environment to ensure you achieve your pick rates.
  • Work to the highest levels of safety, service, accuracy, and quality
  • Always Adhere to all of GXO Health & Safety policies

 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Experience of warehouse management systems
  • FLT license desirable but not essential – as training will be given
  • Good communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build good team relationships
  • Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment
