Warehouse operative
Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a Warehouse operatives to join our team in Doncaster (Decoy Bank South).
This is a full time, permanent role and you will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, rotational shift between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm .

· You will be paid an annual salary of £24,199.5 (£12.41 per hour + late shift premium)

What you’ll do on a typical day:
· Working as a team member within the fulfilment centre supporting the distribution operations. Picking varying sized/weighted items.
· Ensure supply of products to our customer in a timely manner
· Working within a fast-paced environment to ensure you achieve your pick rates.
· Work to the highest levels of safety, service, accuracy, and quality
· Adhere to all of GXO Health & Safety policies at all times.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
· Experience of warehouse management systems
· MHE license desirable but not essential – as training will be given.
· Good communication, both verbal and written
· Ability to build good team relationships.
· Ability to work on own initiative, while working under pressure in a continually changing and demanding environment
