Warehouse operative
GXO is continuing to grow and we are excited to be expanding our team of Warehouse Operatives in the Doncaster area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive operation where teamwork, quality, and reliability are key.
Our People Campus team supports multiple warehouse operations across Doncaster, South Yorkshire, including sites in DN4 5PD, DN6 7FB, DN3 3FB, and S81 8HH. This is a permanent role which requires a high level of flexibility, as colleagues will be asked to work across different sites depending on business needs.
We offer flexibility in working patterns to suit individuals, provided you can commit to at least 24 hours per week and are able to start shifts at either 6:00 or 14:00.
Whether you already have warehouse experience or are looking to start a new career, full training will be given. If you’re hands-on, dependable, and take pride in doing a job well, we’d love to hear from you.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Work safely as part of a team, following Health & Safety procedures
- Pick, check, and handle stock accurately and efficiently
- Operate basic warehouse and mechanical handling equipment safely
- Maintain high quality standards and ensure orders are prepared correctly
- Support warehouse efficiency through general housekeeping duties
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible in approach to work
- Capable of reading instructions and counting accurately
- Physically able to handle stock and use equipment safely
- Previous warehouse experience or forklift licence is desirable but not essential
