Take the next step in your leadership career with GXO Logistics.

Why this role matters

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the floor, takes ownership, and is confident in addressing operational challenges and guiding a team.

What’s in it for you?

  • Join a leading international logistics organization with opportunities to develop your career.
  • Take on a varied operational role combining daily coordination, problem-solving and functional leadership.
  • Work closely with a fellow Coordinator to ensure smooth operations and effective coverage throughout the working day.
  • Take ownership of daily priorities, warehouse organization, cleanliness and productivity.
  • Gain hands-on experience across different warehouse processes, including picking and returns.
  • Contribute to Lean Warehousing initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop your leadership skills and gain experience that could support future progression towards a Team Leader role.
  • Benefit from practical on-the-job training and support from experienced colleagues.
  • Work 38 hours per week across five days, with working hours coordinated between the two Coordinators.

  • Act as a key point of contact for warehouse employees, providing guidance and support with day-to-day operational questions.
  • Support warehouse activities where required, including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, returns and other operational tasks.
  • Adapt to changing operational requirements and provide support across different warehouse departments when needed.
