Warehouse Operative

Here at GXO Dunstable, we are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our team working in partnership with our customer JD Sports.
You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a 4 on 4 off pattern, covering the hours of 07:00 to 19:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Be involved in all aspects of the warehouse including picking stock accurately and efficiently
- Handl small, medium, and large items onto pallets with a high level of accuracy to fulfil customer orders
- Check picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch
- Ensure quality is of the highest standards, and all stock is handled with care, so it arrives at our customers in perfect condition
- Working in a team environment in a safe manner adhering to site Health & Safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience in fast paced environment is desirable but not essential
- Good communication skills, along with good listening skills
- Self -motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads and work using own initiative
- Ability to work well as part of a team and support others when needed
