We’re currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join us at our Sainsbury’s site in Langlands Park, East Kilbride. You will be responsible for carrying out the clerical functions of the warehouse and operate the computerised elements of the warehouse operational system to ensure the completion of all tasks in line with standards and scheduled requirements.

 

You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, an ‘any 5 out of 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 14:00 to 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Provide a quality service by producing accurate documentation and records in a timely fashion
  • Ensure site processes and procedures are adhered to and record any anomalies affecting the operation
  • Maintain paper-based and computerised files
  • Be committed to continuous development in line with operational needs and constantly strive for increased efficiency, productivity, and growth

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Experience in administrative function within logistics is desirable
  • Excellent IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Good organisational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data is desirable with the ability to produce work accurately to meet deadlines
