As Facility Coordinator you have an important role in providing good and efficient services. You take care of all operational facility activities at our site in Eindhoven (3). Thereby you take care of the deployment, supervision and control of the suppliers and when necessary you deploy our facility employee(s) for solving minor defects or maintenance work.
 

With a view to internal security, you are the designated person for the supervision of external service providers, but also for the performance of services such as maintenance of logistics assets and inspections. When necessary, you take care of facility purchases within the budget. Periodically you assess the entire facility service and you provide improvement proposals (also focused on efficiency). Of course you are also responsible for ensuring that bodies can carry out audits and inspections.
 

What do you do as Facility Coordinator?

  • You take care of the communication to the operation regarding work to be carried out;
  • You advise the Facility Supervisor and/or Manager.
  • You are responsible for facility preconditions, such as building and site maintenance;
  • You are responsible for all facilities for employees and visitors on the site (security and cleaning);
  • You identify potential risks and violations in and around the buildings and ensure safe working conditions;
  • Maintaining contacts with external parties regarding breakdowns, quality and safety;
  • You are willing to work on a consignment shift for the entire BU
     

What do you bring?

  • MBO+ or HBO diploma (facilities management) and you have several years of experience at the operational level, preferably you have a VCA Certificate
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in facilities and logistics, building management and technically skilled;
  • You have a proactive and flexible attitude towards 24 hour operations (on-call service)
  • You have demonstrable technical and management knowledge, including knowledge of: Sprinklers, fire prevention, MHE, but also knowledge of security systems and NEN certifications
  • Organizational skills, customer-oriented and stress-resistant;
  • Communicative skills and actively seeks cooperation with other departments;
  • You are hands-on, solution-oriented, flexible and have a service-oriented attitude;
  • You can work independently and collaborate well in a team;
  • Experience with an FMIS system is a plus.
