Facility Specialist

To support our Facility team we are looking for a (Junior) Facility Specialist (FMIS).

As a (Junior) Facility Specialist you will focus on improving and optimizing the FMIS.

In this role you will be working at various sites in the Netherlands & Belgium. You will report directly to the Head of Facility & Security BENE & Nordics.
 

In addition, you will focus on the following activities:

• Maintain & support data-driven Facility Management
• Implement and deploy the FMIS where needed in new builds and projects
• Provide insights, run and analyze reports from the FMIS
• Among others support BENE & Nordics, BU & local facility management teams regarding FMIS
• Operational contact for FMIS supplier
• Training of facility colleagues regarding the FMIS
• Future outlook: Support local facility management on ticket handling & admin within the FMIS 

Job requirements:

• A completed HBO education in Facility Management or similar;
• You have good communication skills in Dutch and English and are analytically strong;
• You are strongly motivated to develop yourself to an independent Facility professional; 
• You are flexible and willing to travel within our BeNeGe region.
