Head of Facility & Security

To expand our Facility team, we are looking for a new Head of Facility within BeNe & Nordics, based out of Eindhoven

As Head of Facility you are leading all Facility teams in the regions.
You are involved in both facilities budgeting & implementations, Expansion of customers or new customer implementations at existing locations.

• A natural ability to act as a strong counterpart for BU Managers and Site Managers – you’re not afraid to challenge, question and guide.
• A strategic mindset: you know how to take a concept from A to B and design year programs that truly make impact.
• Strong analytical skills – you see the story behind the numbers and can translate complex data (e.g. spend per site across BeNe) into actionable insights.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude: you don’t just identify gaps, you initiate and lead the programs that close them.

 Job requirements:

• You have a Facility background and/or at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the Facility / Project area
• Knowledge of soft-services (catering, cleaning, security, etc.) with an emphasis on the hard-services side of facility management (building-related installations such as W- & E-installations, fire safety, etc.) and the relevant legislation and regulations.
• Proven experience in program management, preferably in a multi-site or international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills: able to build trust while constructively challenging senior leaders.
• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate analysis into concrete business improvements.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Willingness to occasionally travel within the BeNe region.
