INTERNSHIP - Employee Journey & Workforce Management

Why this role matters

 

At GXO, we believe that a great employee experience starts long before someone’s first working day and continues throughout their entire journey with our organization. To further strengthen this experience, we are launching an Employee Journey project focused on understanding, improving and standardizing the way employees experience GXO across multiple locations in the Netherlands.

 

As an intern, you will play an active role in shaping this journey and contribute to a project with real business impact..

          You are currently studying Human Resource Management, Human Resource Studies, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or a related study

          You are proactive, curious and organised

          You are comfortable talking to different stakeholders

          You have an interest in employee experience and organisational development

          You are able to work independently

          You enjoy improving processes and contributing to practical solutions

 

What you’ll bring to GXO
