For schoolyear 2025/2026 we have an open spot in our Bid Management team for an intern! You will be based at out HQ in Eindhoven and work together with a great team of colleagues!

We are open to teach you everything there is to know about Bid management within a global Supply Chain organization and will make sure you will have a challenging but great period with us!

What you do on a typical day as intern in our Bid Management Team

• Doing market research on customers to get the most personalized approach.
• Assisting with the creation of customer proposal in PowerPoint with your own creative touch.
• Using different design tools to make a proposal.
• Analysing feedback and results from previous bids to draw lessons and continuously improve processes.
• Assisting in organizing events for our potential clients.

What we are looking for in a Bid Management intern:

• You are currently Bachelor/Master student – preferable Marketing, Communications or related.
• Excellent communication skills in at least English.
• Experience with different design tools or willing to learn.
• A creative and business minded person.

• €400.- gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek
