We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Teamleader to join our team in Eindhoven 2 (G). In this role, you’ll work in a 2-shift system and report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

What you do on a typical day

  • Manage team performance; develop associates by providing training and coaching
  • Manage coordinators and help them grow within their role
  • Instruct, inform, and support the employees of the department, so that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and correctly, in accordance with the applicable standards (including KPI’s and productivities)
  • Lead start-up activities with cross functional teams
  • Make recommendations regarding new hires, terminating contracts, performance evaluations and promotions
  • Ensure that documents work instructions of processes are up to date and are being followed by the department
  • Continually strive to improve the processes of your department

 

What do you need to succeed at GXO

  • At least three years of experience in a similar (leading) position
  • Have good communication skills in English, verbal and written
  • Have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude, and you have a self-starting ability
  • A good knowledge of office software and WMS functionality, including Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of ISO9001
  • Knowledge of medical devices would be advantageous, but is not essential
  • Able to work shifts from 6am – 3pm / 2pm – 11pm, Monday to Friday
