Our specialist team continues to grow, and we are looking for a full-time Transport Compliance Administrator to join our Feltham team. You will be working 48 hours a week, predominantly Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 to 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Work alongside the Compliance Co-ordinator covering all aspects of Motor Transport Compliance
  • Fully brief and de-brief Drivers, regarding delivery performance and compliance issues
  • Ensure all Driver’s paperwork and compliance are adhered to
  • Undertake clerical duties for the department, support with maintaining the despatch reporting
  • Adhere to company procedures and demonstrate professional conduct and good customer service

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A good understanding of Tachograph compliance and Working Time Directive
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft applications
  • Good customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a Fleet Administration role (desirable)
