1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse through team supervision, training and coaching to improve performance
  • Supervisor must be available 24 hours to cover all shifts. ( Associates and Supervisors will call  you for assistance ) Responsibilities are spread over 3 shifts.
  • Supervise site audit processes, including receiving, put away, picking, export and ad hoc auditing
  • Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
  • Report audit results, maintain any required reports
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
  • Adhere to the GXO 5S program
  • Maintain a clean environment at all times
  • Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
  • Implement continuous improvement action plans

What you need to succeed at GXO: 

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience  
  • To meet government and federal law program requirements which requires U.S. citizen status
  • Active Secret Level Security Clearance issued by the U.S. State Department or willingness to obtain it
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends. Must be available 24 hours to cover all shifts and receive calls for assistance

It’d be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
  • 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience
  • Experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance and reporting
  • 2 years of export shipment/ITAR/Classified knowledge experience
  • Hazmat and Dangerous Goods certification or ability to attain associated certifications 
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
  • Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

This job requires the ability to:

  • Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
  • Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
  • Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
  • Handle or manage tools or equipment
  • Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
