As the Associate Process Auditor, you will perform internal scheduled and random audits of the operations process and supporting departments, verify the implementation and execution of ISO policies and procedures described in the documented quality system, and assist in department process and quality improvements. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Audit operations processes and supporting documents based on a predetermined schedule; perform random audits as requested
• Partner with Process Technicians and Quality Supervisors to follow-up on process/quality-related problems
• Audit corrective actions for effectiveness
• Document audit findings and maintain records in the quality database system
• Interpret process procedures/work instructions/quality bulletins with departments being audited; provide input on changes and/or updates to work instructions and procedures

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• The math skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals with the ability to interpret graphs

It’d be great if you also have:

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• A proactive and high-energy work style with a strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and present clean, organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
• Familiarity with supply chain/logistics operations
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form, and deal with problems that may arise
