Materials Handler

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a Materials Handler to join our team in Thales Glasgow (Govan).

This is a full time, permanent role and you will be working 37 hours per week Monday -Thursday, shift between 06:00am-15:45pm .

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Receive, locate, pick, and ship goods within a warehouse/store’s environment.
• Carry out manual handling tasks as part of daily operations.
• Use FLT/HPT equipment as required (training provided where needed).
• Accurately process stock using computer systems for inventory control.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all tasks.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

•  A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily manual handling duties.
• Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to follow procedures.
