Are you looking for your next warehouse role? GXO is recruiting a Multi‑Task Warehouse Operative to join our fast‑paced operation on a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract, supporting a key customer at our Glasgow (G14 0XN) site.

You’ll be employed on a full time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract, 37 hours per week, working any 5 from 7 shift pattern, starting at 07:00, flexibility is required.

In accordance with National Security Requirements all roles related to this site and contract are subject to the successful candidate achieving suitable personal security clearance.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Work safely and professionally in line with GXO Health & Safety legislation, policies, and company values
  • Carry out a variety of warehouse duties, including accurate product handling, housekeeping, Forklift truck and use of GXO/customer IT systems
  • Support efficient site operations through teamwork, flexibility (including overtime), and meeting time & attendance standards
  • Complete all documentation accurately, escalate issues to management, and adapt to changing operational or client requirements
  • Support training of colleagues and commit to continuous development to drive productivity, efficiency, and high quality customer service

  • Hands‑on, dependable operator with a strong work ethic and customer‑first mindset
  • High attention to detail to maintain accuracy, quality checks, and compliance standards
  • Confident IT user, comfortable with warehouse systems, PCs, and basic Microsoft Office
  • Strong team player who can also work independently, take initiative, and train others
  • Flexible shift worker with a positive attitude, valid forklift licence, and safe manual handling practices
