We are seeking a Global Process Owner Time and Attendance, is responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes in the global Time & Attendance product domain across the organization globally. This includes timecards, overtime calculations, accruals, schedules, attendance, attestation, reporting and dashboards. As an essential member of the global Product team, the Lead Project Manager ensures that processes deliver great user experience and are efficient, standardized, compliant and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and digital HR roadmap.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Define and own the global Time & Attendance process framework (e.g., hire-to-retire, employee time master data, Time and Attendance knowledge and management).
  • Establish and maintain global HR process standards, policies, and documentation (ie Operating Model)
  • Ensure process compliance with global labor laws, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and internal policies.
  • Lead process design and improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
  • Benchmark against industry best practices and incorporate innovation and automation (e.g., RPA, AI).
  • Identify and manage process improvement opportunities in collaboration with regional/local HR and COEs.
  • In collaboration with the Product Specialist, identify opportunities for standardizing and optimizing Time & Attendance processes across the regions to improve efficiency and maintain consistent employee experience
  • Work closely with HR Technology, HRIS, and vendors (e.g., UKG) to ensure HR technology supports process excellence.
  • Manage the Product Specialist to define requirements for system enhancements and participate in testing and deployment
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within Time & Attendance systems
  • Lead change initiatives related to process transformation, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption across regions.
  • Ensure effective communication and training for process changes across HR and business units.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for HR technology and process-related decisions.

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in process or product management with a focus on Time & Attendance, ideally in a global context
  • Proven experience in process ownership, Time & Attendance process design, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance processes and systems, ideally of UKG Pro Workforce Management (Pro WFM)
  • Experience in Agile Project Management 
  • Experience in cross country, regional and cultural transformation programs
  • Ability to use and apply key project technologies and planning Tools (e.g Excel, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Project etc)
  • Certification (optional but preferred) : UKG Pro WFM and/or project management and/or product management
