Administrative Assistant II (SNE)

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time Warehouse Coordinator on a fixed-term 6 months contract to join our team in Goole for our customer, one of the largest paint manufacturers worldwide, AkzoNobel.
You will be working on the shift pattern of Monday – Friday with the hours of 14:00 – 22:00.

What you will do on a typical day:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and orders
- Prepare and update reports on warehouse activities
- Schedule and coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
- Work closely with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work individually under own initiative
- Strong attention to detail and MS Office knowledge
- Previous experience working within a warehouse
