Stock Controller

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for an Stock Controller to support daily processes and perform a range of duties to handling stock items in a safe and accurate manner. This role will be based at our Northfleet site. (DA11 9AD)

 

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis working 40 hours per week  Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Support the finance and admin team in the collation of data reporting and general admin tasks from receipt through to despatch
  • Stock assembly and preparation, utilising the tools and systems provided
  • Check and respond to emails
  • Collate hours worked in various areas and compile reports for admin manager and management team
  • Investigate any stock issues, resolve or escalate as required
  • Utilise a WMS to maintain appropriate work documents

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Methodical approach and good attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Excel
  • Experience of working with WMS systems
