Warehouse Administrator

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Greenford on our Waitrose contract. This position drives data-informed decision-making to ensure resource utilisation aligns with forecasted volumes, budget constraints, and service level expectations.

 

This is a full-time permanent position working any 5 from 7, with 1 weekend in 4. Start and finish times are 07:00 to 15:00 and 08:00 to 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Develop and optimise labour and resource planning models across warehouse and transport operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with labour budgets
  • Analyse forecasts, monitor agency and overtime usage, and identify cost-saving opportunities while supporting peak periods and operational changes
  • Collaborate with teams and maintain effective communication, aligning planning with service levels and budgets, and ensuring readiness and resilience
  • Drive continuous improvement and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders through data-driven solutions and operational reviews
