JOB TITLE:               

Systems Analyst for GXO Logistics Corporate Services, Inc.

JOB DUTIES:

Manage the customer process for the information systems component of the company’s business. Complete project and change management initiatives and foster and maintain ongoing client relationships. Write specifications for new development and system enhancements. Perform integrated quality assurance testing and configuration of systems. Provide level 2 technical support for the organization's warehouse management applications (WMS, Order Manager, and Exceed/SCE). Interact with the Level 1 support team/business users, debug and derive the technical solutions. Support end user problem resolution on core business applications/systems software and new business processes. Develop scripts to automate repeatable manual tasks and maintain repository for scripts created. Create and execute data insert/update scripts to resolve data issues and bulk data change. Evaluates and executes data maintenance per request of business user. Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through our incident management system. Utilizes ITSM tools per established policies and ensure all SLAs are meet and consistently maintained for 95% of Support Incidents handled.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:     

Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Computer Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Development, or other information technology related field.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:    

Experience must include two (2) years of post-bachelor’s work experience in all of the following:

• Experience with business applications, including LPS 2000, ConnectShip, ChainLink, i2s Transportation Suite and Logility Voyager;
• Experience with formal project management practices;
• Experience in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distribution;
• Experience in at least one of the following technical areas, Oracle databases, SQL Server databases, SQL, UNIX operating system, Windows operating system, Crystal Reports and Loftware;
• Experience working in an applications production support/application development environment;
• Experience with warehouse management systems as well as an in-depth understanding of the functionality for these systems to troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure issues;
• Experience providing customer support and deescalating customer issues;
• Experience using ITIL compliant incident, problem, change and service management processes;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a systems analyst role.
