GXO Logistics is looking for a dedicated, collaborative and creative professional who is ready to jump in and contribute to a high-performing team. As the Manager, Enterprise Internal Communications, you will be responsible for creating and executing tactics that ensure colleagues are inspired, informed and aligned with GXO’s mission, objectives and priorities.
The Manager, Enterprise Internal Communications, will play a vital role working with Functional and internal communications colleagues to create a positive workplace culture, position GXO as an employer of choice and support internal change and transformation to drive GXO’s growth and success.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Planning and activation: Support the Senior Director of Enterprise, Culture & Transformation Communications, in developing and implementing an internal communications strategy that seeks to inspire, inform and align our colleagues with the organization’s objectives, values and culture. This includes support planning Town Halls and updates for GXO’s CEO and Function leaders in Human Resources, IT, Transformation and Finance, among others.
- Content creation: Coordinate across the organization to create and curate content, including updates, articles, emails, videos, photography, vlogs and blogs to inform and inspire colleagues, generating material that reinforces GXO’s priorities and supports our culture.
- Platform management: Monitor, manages, engages with internal communication platforms (email tool, digital screens, digital hub, mailboxes, forms, QR code tool), including training, configuration, feature rollout, community management, collaboration with IT and other key stakeholders.
- Measurement: Track, analyze and report on the effectiveness of internal communications tools and campaigns to understand engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Employee engagement: Support GXO HR to deliver effective engagement tactics aligned to the strategy and priorities for GXO.
- Change management and transformation: Assist in driving transformation with messaging support and access to internal communications channels where required.
- Toolkit materials: Maintain a toolkit of branded materials to help colleagues across our regions undertake appropriate internal communications and engagement activities.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree ore equivalent related work or military experience
- 5-7 years of Communications experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to internal communications
- Experience managing internal communications platforms is essential (Workvivo, Poppulo, or similar tools and tools for digital screens)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner with a strong eye for detail
- Experience with large global organizations, collaborating across functions and with business leaders
- Ability to develop strategic plans and the necessary execution
- Solid interpersonal and project management skills with a proactive nature and hands-on approach
- Eager to learn and adapt to new tools for communications
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work quickly and under pressure in real-time, global environment
