The Senior Manager of Content Marketing will help develop and execute GXO’s content marketing strategy, overseeing the creation and distribution of thought leadership that positions the company as an industry innovator in logistics and supply chain solutions. This role will drive high-quality storytelling aligned with GXO’s brand and business objectives. The position requires a content creator who can translate complex logistics trends into compelling narratives that resonate with internal and external stakeholders worldwide.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Content creation: Develop and execute marketing content (white papers, reports, surveys, blogs, videos etc.) to enhance GXO’s market positioning, attract and engage target audiences and generate demand for GXO solutions.
  • Maintain editorial calendar and identify appropriate channels to reach target audiences.
  • Create high-impact content showcasing GXO’s expertise and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and business leaders to uncover insight that drives impactful narratives and perspectives.  
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for GXO thought leadership.
  • Develop original content formats to differentiate GXO in the marketplace.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and platforms for innovative content creation.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams across the organization to uncover strategic insights and ensure alignment.
  • Partner with internal design resources and external suppliers for research-based insights.
  • Partner with external agencies, media, and industry organizations on strategic partnerships. 

What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work/military experience 
  • 5+ years in strategic content development and thought leadership roles
  • Proven experience in B2B content marketing. Global logistics or supply chain industry preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building B2B content marketing strategy and effective assets across the breadth of B2B content formats (e.g. white papers, reports, articles, case studies, website copy, infographics, multimedia)
  • Strategic planning, project management, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Agency management for survey-based insights  
  • Insight and market analysis
  • Communicate effectively with cross functional teams and leaders across the organization 

It’d be great if you also have:

 

  • Proven experience in B2B content marketing. Global logisitcs or supply chain industry preferred
  • Strength in developing new content formats or innovation in thought‑leadership delivery.
  • Analytical mindset and familiarity with market analysis to uncover trends and insights
  • Working knowledge of content performance optimization.
