The Senior Manager, Content Marketing will lead GXO’s global content marketing strategy and create compelling, insight‑driven content and thought leadership that positions GXO as a global innovator in logistics and supply chain solutions. You will develop compelling, insight driven narratives and marketing content that support business growth, strengthen brand visibility, and help connect GXO with prospective customer and industry stakeholders worldwide.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, PR, marketing and design teams to translate message priorities and insights into compelling narratives
- Develop high‑impact marketing and thought‑leadership content across formats such as white papers, survey-based reports, expert perspective articles, case studies, infographics, and videos.
- Take a hands-on role to personally write content, while also coordinating the activities of content agency partners for strategic content development.
- Manage content planning, editorial workflows, and delivery timelines with minimal supervision.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to surface new opportunities for thought leadership.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing with proven experience developing content across the breadth of B2B content formats
- Expert writing and storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives and content.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience managing external vendors, creative partners, and research contributors.
It’d be great if you also have:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or other B2B technical industries.
- Strength in developing new content formats or innovation in thought‑leadership delivery.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with market analysis to uncover trends and insights
