Transport Co-Ordinator

Have you ever worked in the fast-paced logistics environment? Maybe you have experience in transport, but want a new challenge where you can further develop your skills and knowledge?

Here at GXO Harlow we are looking for a Transport Co-Ordinator to join our team working in partnership with our Home Delivery team.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis working 5 from 7 days on a rotation basis, one week of earlies starting at 05:00 followed by a week of lates starting at 12:00. Covering 40 hours per week.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Be part of a team that is responsible for vehicle administration
• Manage customer service both internally and externally
• Support the transport operation in compliance to company processes

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested in a timely manner

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience in logistics, an understanding of transport regulations, systems (Flexipod, WinSight, Vision Telematics) desirable but not essential
• Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of IT systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

• Highly accurate, detail-focused, with strong time management and task prioritization to meet targets and SLAs
