What does your day look like as Training Coordinator

  • Train the coordinator team to enable them to train operatives. 
  • Assist the Training Leader with processes and ensuring training schedules are met. 
  • Control of the team to ensure targets are met hourly. 
  • Implement and action alternatives for this to happen if required. 
  • You assess the workload and during the start of the day you and your team make an optimal distribution of the work. 
  • In addition, you have a lot of contact with coordinators and team leaders working in parallel departments 
  • You ensure the allocations of resources based on volume & productivity 
  • You can make connections between various goods movements. 
  • Insight into logistics processes and experience with coordinating activities 
  • Analytical thinking about problem solving 
  • You are able to produce improvement proposals 

 

What do you need to be successful

  • Previous experience of training within a logistics operation. 
  • Insight into logistics processes and experience with coordinating activities 
  • Analytical thinking about problem solving 
  • You are able to produce improvement proposals. 
  • MBO working and thinking level and/or demonstrable work experience within a warehouse or in the logistics sector
