To support our growing presence in Europe, we are looking for a Key User to join our team in Heerlen, the Netherlands.
What you do on a typical day
- Ensure the optimal and correct use of the Warehouse Management System on site
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues related to Manhattan software
- Investigate and test new system implementations; detect discrepancies and propose effective solutions
- Monitor and follow up on open IT issue tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Serve as the go-to person for all WMS-related questions and provide training to colleagues on the Manhattan system
- Observe and assess operational processes to identify and support both system-based and operational improvements
- Support warehouse operations and other onsite business units with WMS interface-related requests
What you need to succeed at GXO
- Previous experience in a similar role within a logistics environment
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan
- Solid understanding of logistics and warehouse processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English, Dutch is an advantage
- Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts
