We are seeking a Global HR Product Specialist, Time & Attendance, who will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle in the Global Time & Attendance product domain, including global requirements management, use case prioritization, implementation, testing and deployment. As an essential member of the HR Products Team, you’ll ensure that we maximize business value from our global products and platforms, and that we plan new functions and features so as to maximize utility.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our Time & Attendance solutions (mainly UKG Pro Workforce Management), from requirements gathering, testing to implementation and support.
 - Work with the Lead Project Manager, HR Transformation and the People Services teams in the regions (UKI, AMAPAC and Europe) to understand their needs and translate them into functional product features and improvements (continuous improvement, optimization and new opportunities)
 - Manage the global backlog of requirements in JIRA in collaboration with HR Technology and represent HR in the CAB process
 - Work with the Process Owners to identify opportunities for standardizing and optimizing Time & Attendance processes across the regions to improve efficiency and maintain consistent employee experience
 - Ensure HR technology supports best practices in HR operations and aligns with industry standards.
 - In collaboration with HR Technology, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements.
 - Act as the primary point of contact for system-related issues, providing timely resolution or escalation when necessary.
 - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within Time & Attendance systems
 - Provide training and support to HR and Operation teams and end-users to ensure proper use of HR products.
 
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a focus on Time & Attendance, ideally in a global context.
 - Strong knowledge of Time & Attendance processes and systems, ideally of UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM), ProTime, Horoquartz
 - Experience in Agile Project Management
 - Experience in cross country, regional and cultural transformation programs
 - Ability to use and apply key project technologies and planning Tools (e.g Excel, Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Project etc)
 - Certification (optional but preferred) : UKG Pro WFM and/or project management and/or product management
