The Sales Sr. Analystis responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive insights, strategies, and decision-making within the sales organization for the AMAPAC Region. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes, a strong grasp of analytical techniques, and the ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations. The Sales Sr. Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to optimize sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall sales effectiveness.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Lead comprehensive analysis of sales data, including but not limited to revenue trends, sales pipeline, customer segmentation, and sales performance metrics.
  • Develop methodologies to extract actionable insights from large datasets and identify key drivers influencing sales outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to predict future sales performance accurately.
  • Own the sales forecast and track the incentive program for the division.
  • Facilitate the win/loss process to incorporate learnings in the Sales process.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales productivity and implement solutions.
  • Automate reporting processes to streamline data analysis and reporting activities.
  • Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key sales metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales strategies, improve sales processes, and enhance sales performance.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience, including military service.
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), with strong skills in creating and utilizing data analysis tools/software such as Excel and SQL.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, processes, and best practices within sales operations.
  • Data-driven mindset to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven to succeed.

  • Experience in the supply chain industry.
  • Solution oriented mindset to influence change.
  • Superior organizational, conflict resolution and time management skills.
  • Experience in using PowerPoint effectively for professional presentations.
