Transport Supervisor

Join us as our Transport Supervisor in our new Hinckley depot, for our customer Cormar. As a Transport Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of drivers and porters, to ensure the transport operation is running efficiently and effectively, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support to colleagues in our fast-paced and dynamic operation.   


This is a 37.5 hour per week, full-time permanent position. Shift pattern of Monday to Friday with hours between 05:00 to 17:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £39,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams to achieve goals and deliver results
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders  
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems relevant to operations management
