Stage Facility

Binnen onze GXO site in Hoogeveen hebben we ruimte om een stagiairs welkom te heten! Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende (meewerk)stage dan komen wij graag in contact met jou!

Tijdens deze stage werk je aan het digitaliseren en verbeteren van onze werkzaamheden op de afdeling Technische Dienst / Facility. Dit draagt bij aan efficiënter werken, waardoor er meer tijd vrijkomt om proactief de operatie te bedienen en minder storingen te hebben.

Heb jij zelf ideeën over hoe je jouw stage beter vorm kunt geven? Wij staan altijd open voor jouw ideeën en input.

Waar ga je je mee bezig houden o.a.:

Onderzoek & Deskresearch

• Het optimaal inzetten van Planon
• Het uitzoeken van data die benodigd is voor een optimale setup wat zowel de operatie als de technische dienst maximaal ondersteunt
• In kaart brengen van alle investeringen die gedaan zijn en labellen met een Planon nummer.

Meewerkopdracht

• Het invoeren en bijhouden van relevante informatie in Planon.
• Sparren met de technische dienst en operatie over verbeterprojecten.
• Ruimte voor eigen ontwikkeling en initiatieven.
  
  

Wat vragen we van jou?

• Je volgt momenteel een HBO-opleiding bij voorkeur richting Facility Management of gerelateerd;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse- en Engelse taal;
• Accuraat, discreet en stressbestendig
• Goede administratieve vaardigheden met een affiniteit met techniek / facilitair

• Stagevergoeding van 400,- o.b.v. een fulltime stage, aangevuld met een reiskostenvergoeding;
• Een laptop en smartphone zodat je alle werkzaamheden goed op kunt pakken;
