Inbound Goods Administrator

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Inbound Goods Administrator to join our team at West Hallam (DE7 6HE) ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site!

 

This is full-time, permanent position, you will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 -16:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Providing administration support to the operational and customer team
  • Book inbound and returns deliveries
  • Monitoring order workflow inlcuding and stock and order checks
  • Release and despatch orders, process returns and return stock vouchers
  • Organise and book transport for all deliveries
  • Other admin duties required

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

 

 

  • A keen eye for detail along with good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • WMS experience would be advantagous
  • MHE Training will be provided
