Warehouse Administrator

Here at GXO we have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team based at West Hallam.  You will be working 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.00 – 16.00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support day to day operations
  • Support stock controller with quality and accuracy checks when needed
  • Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, including booking receiving and processing on the system
  • Organise and book transport for deliveries
  • Use mechanical lifting equipment as required and trained for
  • Picking and packing as required
  • Adhere to GXO health and Safety policy

 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Counterbalance/Reach Forklift licence – desired but not essential
  • Good communication, both verbal and written
  • Organised with the ability to work on own initiative,
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes
  • Computer skills
