Facilities Manager

We’re seeking a Facilities Manager to join our Nestle contract for our site in Kegworth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing full and comprehensive facilities management.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00. However, some flexibility will be required, as this is logistics, after all!

We’re looking to offer a salary of £45,000 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Provide and produce an FM maintenance plan which will ensure all recommended, legislative, and essential maintenance activities can be executed by on- or off-site engineer teams incorporating both hard & soft services.
  • Ensure that FM technical data is stored and available in the form of reports, measures or any other format required using the site and Facilities auditing.
  • Managing of Facilities budget for site where a best-in-class service is provided to a lean budget.
  • Ensuring defects and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Experience of working in a senior facilities maintenance role, ideally within a logistics environment
  • IWFM Level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent
  • Familiar with COSHH and LOLER regs
  • Health and Safety experience, including IOSH Managing Safely certification
