Join our Finance team and play a key role in keeping our operation running efficiently. As a Finance Assistant, you'll manage the end-to-end procurement process, support reporting and reconciliations, resolve supplier queries, and provide valuable financial analysis to site leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and building a long-term career in finance within a fast-paced logistics environment.
This is a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, at our state-of-the-art automated Nestlé distribution site.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,686.06 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including raising purchase orders
- Resolve supplier queries, create purchase orders and process payment records
- Produce weekly cost reports and financial analysis
- Reconcile agency payroll hours, supplier invoices and procurement card transactions
- Support month-end activities through journal preparation and account reconciliations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in management accounts or similar assistant role
- Ability to analyse data and communicate results to the operation effectively
- Experience of working with MS Excel, help build new files to aid analysis and reporting
- Ownership and responsibility for own workload to meet deadlines
