We’re looking for a Operations Administrator to join our site in Dublin. This is a great opportunity to support the site in a varied operations role for both our transport & warehouse depot
Joining us on a full-time, on a permanent basis, working hours are 5 days from 7 9am-5:30pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Assist with Inductions - Update training files and induction files.
- Prepare the paperwork, get the online training requested, align tail lift/tug training on induction.
- Assist with daily & weekly admin tasks currently covered by the shift manager & coordinator.
- Engagement and QSHE follow ups of notice boards, canteen drivers’ entrance.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous experience working within a fast paced administration role, ideally within transport
- Ability to analyse, investigate and problem-solve numerical information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as the role often involves interacting with employees, suppliers, and clients.
