Class 1 Fuel Driver

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, experienced, permanent Class 1 Fuel Delivery driver to work any 5 over 7 including days/nights/weekends, joining our delivery team in Staffordshire for our customer, Phillips 66.
You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, start times are 05:00, 06:00, 17:00 and 18:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Flexible shift working, supporting operational requirements
- Independent, hands‑on role with responsibility for your own vehicle, equipment, and load
- Confident in unassisted loading and deliveries, working safely without supervision
- Safety‑first approach, carrying out loading and fuel discharges in line with ACOP, UKPIA guidance, and site procedures (including multi‑hose operations)
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- LGV C+E driver with valid ADR tanker qualifications (Classes 2, 3 & 9)
- Established tanker professional, with 2+ years’ experience in the UK downstream oil sector
- Hands‑on experience delivering to forecourts and bulk sites is essential
- Professional, customer‑focused driver, fully compliant with PDP and Driver CPC (DCPC)
- Ongoing driver support and development, including DCPC & PDP training, driver assessments, and additional paid duties after training
