Here at GXO Knottingley we're looking for Class 1 Driver to join our team working on the TJX contract. You’ll be working on a full-time permanent basis, 48 hours per week, Sunday – Thursday, with a 10am start.

As a Class 1 Driver, you'll receive:

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Transport goods between TJX sites, this will involve collections from vendors (approx 3/4 drops per shift)
- Communicate effectively with the transport office regarding any delays, issues, or changes during journeys
- Shunting experience would be an advantage to help cover for holiday leave
- Adhere to all relevant legislation and company policies pertaining to driving, safety, and vehicle operation.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness
- Perform any other duties related to the role as required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- No less than 2 years experience
- A full EU driving licence with category C+E entitlement
- A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
- Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 current penalty points
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
