The Engagement and Culture Senior Analyst serves as a key operational and analytical resource responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting GXO's engagement, culture, and belonging initiatives in compliance with federal regulations across multiple sites. The Senior Analyst partners closely with HR leaders, business unit stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful training programs, track program effectiveness, manage initiative implementations, and maintain data-driven reporting of outcomes throughout the organization. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support content development and facilitate belonging workshops and training programs, creating inclusive learning environments for diverse audiences.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to engagement, culture, and belonging and inclusion educational programs for leadership and team members.
- Coordinate and manage engagement, culture, and belonging program implementation, including events, activities, and day-to-day operations at key GXO locations.
- Monitor program timelines, deliverables, and provide administrative support to employee-led engagement and culture committees.
- Partner with business units and employee-led committees to understand training needs and provide implementation guidance.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams and maintain effective communication channels with leadership and frontline associates.
- Track program outcomes and participation metrics, generating monthly and quarterly reports on progress towards our engagement and culture goals.
- Document success stories and provide insights on program effectiveness to leadership.
- Travel to different GXO locations to support engagement and culture initiatives and provide on-site training.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in program support, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerBI or Tableau, Word, Power Point
- Ability to travel 25%% to different locations
It’d be great if you also have:
- Coursework in Adult Learning, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Social Sciences, HR Management, military experience or related field
- DEI Certifications
- Program or project management experience
- Background in facilitation techniques and group dynamics
