Administrative Employee – Lelystad Platform
Making a Difference Behind the Scenes
At our rapidly growing logistics hub in Lelystad, we are looking for a reliable and well-organised Administrative Employee to support the daily office and administrative processes on site. In this role, you make sure that information is correctly entered, documents are up to date, and colleagues receive the support they need to keep the operation running smoothly.
You work closely with different teams, answer questions from employees, handle communication and take care of essential administrative tasks. If you enjoy structured work, have an eye for detail and like helping others, this role offers a dynamic and friendly environment where every day is different.
What your week looks like as an Administrative Employee
- Handle daily administration and front-office tasks, including calls, visitors, mail and access control.
- Maintain accurate data and records, such as timekeeping, documents, invoices and vendor inquiries.
- Plan and coordinate office and meeting schedules, including room bookings and catering.
- Support operational documentation, registering truck arrivals/departures and checking shipment paperwork.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure clear, timely information flow and quick issue resolution.
- Monitor data accuracy, flag discrepancies or damaged goods, summarise incidents and support improvements.
- Work safely and follow GXO standards, contributing to a well-organised and compliant work environment.

What we are looking for
- MBO work and thinking level in administration, finance or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office-support role.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, with a confident and professional attitude.
- Self-driven, resilient and able to work accurately in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- High attention to quality, with a critical mindset and the ability to deliver precise and reliable work.
- Good financial and administrative skills, including handling documentation, data accuracy and basic invoice processing.
- Strong digital and system skills, with the willingness to continue learning and developing.
- A service-oriented mindset, able to support colleagues and uphold high-quality service for both internal and external stakeholders.
