For our growing location in Lelystad, where we work for a well-known global fashion brand, we are looking for an administrative employee for 40 hours per week.

In this position, you will support the Workforce team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out and executed according to planning.

 

What are you going to do as an Administrative Employee 

As an Administrative Employee, you will provide essential support to the team by handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This includes managing schedules, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating communications, updating workforce management tools, and supporting planning updates related to temporary workforce assignments, all to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

 

Other responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Manage and maintain files, databases, and essential documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner
  • Update and maintain internal systems with accurate workforce and operational data
  • Assist in planning and coordinating the company’s supply chain and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Contribute to improving production efficiency and overall operational performance


What you need to succeed at GXO

  • Proven experience in administrative tasks, including the creation and maintenance of employee profiles in internal systems
  • Previous experience gained in a logistics environment would be desirable but is not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an intermediate level of expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or Spanish is considered an asset
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a diverse and international environment, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability
  • Committed to delivering high-quality work with a professional and critical mindset
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and flexible in approach
  • Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and managing outsourced teams
  • Familiarity with ATOSS software is an advantage
