Here at GXO Livingston we are on the lookout for a Stock Control Administrator to join our Inventory team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working on an ‘any 5 days from 7’ pattern, covering the hours of 06:00–14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00. This role required flexibility as you will be working across all three shifts.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Complete all stock control duties including inventory cycle counts, physical check on pick and reserve locations as well as code date check
  • Update the Warehouse Management Systems to ensure accuracy of stock balances
  • Resolve sin bins, backpicks and markout investigation
  • Export admin and loading checks

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Good IT skills, including MS apps such as Excel
  • The ability to problem solve and work on own initiative
  • Excellent numerical skills
