Warehouse Stock Manager

Here at GXO, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Stock Manager to join our Drinks provision based in Livingston, EH48. You will be providing excellent service to two of our high-profile, internationally recognised customers, Heineken and Greene King. You will manage the day-to-day activities of the inventory team to maintain stock integrity and minimal stock loss liability to GXO and customers.
This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, we do ask for some flexibility as this is a 24/7 operation.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Day-to-day management of the inventory function, taking responsibility for all aspects of staff performance, including accuracy and process compliance
- Support the maintenance of stock accuracy and integrity in line with contractual requirements, minimising stock loss through investigation and resolution of errors
- Regular briefing to operations to support the flow of information and feedback for all business and customer updates and initiatives
- Use trend analysis to identify issues and areas of potential loss, ensuring all corrective actions are applied in line with CI principles
- Chair and attend departmental, contractual and site meetings as required
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers to better understand key business drivers and devise tactical improvement plans to support continued growth / success
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in similar role and fast paced environment along with WMS systems knowledge
- Advanced Excel Skills including data analysis, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, and formula creation
- Build relationships with customers, suppliers & other internal departments
- People focus, empathy, engagement and development
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work and consider and validate facts before making decisions
