Here at GXO, we’re looking for a highly experienced ERP Support Analyst (Oracle/SAP) to develop and support our ERP Finance applications. This is a permanent, full-time position based contractually out of our Central Offices in London (Marylebone), with hybrid working available.

 

The ERP Support Analyst (Oracle/SAP) will be a key resource to ensure the effective functioning of system solutions in use by the Finance Departments, in the UK and some European countries and the IT operational activities associated with them.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Definition, creation of Record to Report & Financial Planning and Analysis and GRC solution designs to drive business value and support operations
  • Resolves the resolution of support tickets ensuring issues &requests are resolved in a timely manner in adherence to defined SLAs and business priorities
  • Provides system solutions for business requirements in the functional SAP domain and ensures technical alignment to the functional operating model defined by Business Process Owners
  • Must have experience of working in a SOX compliant environment with knowledge of producing required evidence to support SOX compliance activities

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Experienced in SAP implementation and support
  • Experience with Record to Report & Financial Planning and Analysis, Controllership cycles & processes as well as GRC module within SAP
  • Strong proficiency in Business Analysis, ITIL support processes and software delivery lifecycle
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
  • Experience within Oracle cloud or related Oracle certifications
