Senior CRM Systems Manager

We’re looking for a visionary CRM Systems Manager to take charge of our dynamic CRM ecosystem—built around Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau, and more. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive strategic design, implementation, and support of CRM solutions that power our business forward.

 

In addition, you will provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to the team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions, in addition to acting as a mentor to peers and junior developers. You will be based out of our central offices in either London or Northampton, and we do ask for flexibility as you will be required to travel as and when needed.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • By acting as IT’s single point of contact leader for all elements of the global CRM Systems landscape   you will be responsible for Proactively suggesting, promoting and implementing ways to improve the service to end users, either via application improvements or process changes
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to align priorities, communicate solution design trade-offs and recommendations, and build and execute CRM platform roadmaps and delivery plans
  • Lead user workshops to validate requirements, confirm and negotiate specifications, verifying adherence to requirements in delivered solutions
  • Own the responsibility for the application configuration, liaising with technical teams to determine effort, feasibility, scheduling, etc.
  • Manage 3rd party supplier resources, in order to secure the delivery targets
  • Oversee the daily operations of the CRM development team to ensure the functionality, availability, and security of the systems, data, backups, and communications are operational; troubleshoot and remediate issues that arise

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • A high level of experience across multiple Salesforce products (e.g. Sales, Service, Marketing, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Commerce, MuleSoft, Pardot, etc.) with a depth of expertise in specific clouds
  • Expert in Salesforce out of the box configuration including Data Model Security and Process Automations, database design, configuration, process builders, workflows, and database design
  • Strong technology leadership with outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies, systems architecture, and expert ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
  • Experience with Python or Java programming and understanding of object-oriented concepts, abstraction/inheritance, as well as experience with object-oriented languages
