Here at GXO, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Training Supervisor who can champion, enhance, and execute comprehensive training and development initiatives at our BT site in Lutterworth.

Working hours for the role are Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, but flexibility will be needed.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Create and maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from all team members when sharing group, divisional and team information
  • Query investigation and resolution of all operational issues
  • Close analysis, promotion and identification of areas for improvement within company’s quality management system
  • Team briefing and staff communication on all training aspects

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving environment in a similar training management role with a training qualification preferred
  • People focused with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Experience of creating and maintaining documentation/ training matrix
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety principles
